EZHealth-CheckIn Pilot

The goal of the pilot is to:

  1. Develop and test a patient-facing phone app (called EZHealth-CheckIn), 

  2. Allow a patients to “skip the clipboard” at medical appointments with participating care providers, and

  3. Spur app developers to add the EZHealth-CheckIn feature to their patient-facing apps
